No need to buy a membership to ask a question.
Our digital Home Record is free. If we agree to coordinate a paid project, our standard coordination fee is 10% of the project value; scope, availability, responsibilities, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Routine in-home inspections, regular home visits, and ongoing stewardship retainers are not currently offered as standard services. Trade-specific evaluations and work belong to appropriately licensed professionals.
